From flawless installs to thoughtful client care, we’re committed to providing an experience that’s just as beautiful as the results. ⸻ Client Policies Appointment Prep & Check-In To ensure a smooth and elevated experience, please review the following before your appointment: • Clients must arrive with their natural hair washed and blown out prior to their appointment. If you need assistance, you can add a Wash & Blow service under the Natural Hair Care category when booking. • Upon arrival, please check in by handing in your bundles and/or lace to be customized. • Early drop-offs are no longer accepted—all hair must be brought on the day of your appointment. • If your service includes a wig reinstall, please ensure your wig is washed prior to your appointment. • Please be prepared for a short wait time, as I take pride in quality and never rush my work. • Enjoy complimentary snacks and refreshments, and feel free to unwind or get work done in the relaxing client space provided. ⸻ Late Policy Please arrive on time to avoid delays and additional fees. • There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. • After 15 minutes, a $15 late fee will apply. • After 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and considered a late cancellation, and you will be charged 25% of your service total. ⸻ No-Show Policy Clients who miss their appointment without communication will be marked as a no-show. • No-shows will be charged 25% of the service total to the card on file. • Repeated no-shows may result in restricted access to future bookings.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Your time is valuable—and so is mine. To ensure a smooth and respectful booking experience, please review the following policy before securing your appointment:
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid fees.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a 25% cancellation fee, charged to the card on file.
• Clients may reschedule up to 24 hours before their appointment with no penalty.
• Each appointment is allowed one reschedule only. Additional changes will require a new booking and deposit.
